Broncos enforcer Payne Haas and playmaker Albert Kelly have both been handed one-week suspensions and fines for their bust-up.
Footage emerged last week of the prop and five-eighth clashing at a hotel in Sydney following their Round 2 victory over the Bulldogs.
Kelly is already out for four months after sustaining a Lisfranc injury but Haas is a major blow for Kevin Walters side.
Haas will receive a $10,000 fine along with his suspension, while Kelly will only receive a $5,000 penalty.

The Broncos have five days to respond to the breach notice, meaning Haas could still face up against the Panthers on Friday night.
“Both players are alleged to have engaged in a physical altercation at a public venue which brought the game into disrepute,” the Broncos said in a club statement.
“The Notices propose that Haas be suspended for 1 match and fined $10,000. In considering the proposed penalty, the NRL has taken into account previous transgressions and his status as a senior player in the game.”

The pair’s altercation reportedly arose after Kelly stepped on Haas’ new pair of white shoes and the prop’s prio disciplinary record come into play when the NRL handed down its decision.
Haas has now been handed three separate suspensions in only a 66-game career.

Then the 22-year-old was handed a three-game sideline stint and a $50,000 fine, pleading guilty to intimidating police in Tweed Heads in 2021.

Haas is a huge loss for the Broncos, being their best player to start the 2022 season as the Red Hill club have recorded two wins to start the season.
