The Tigers are reportedly set to ramp up their pursuit of Panthers assistant Cameron Ciraldo to fill the club’s vacant head coach role.
According to the SMH, Tigers powerbrokers will arrange a meeting with Ciraldo, hoping to persuade him to join the merger club after outlining their vision moving forward.
The 37-year-old is reportedly the Tigers No.1 target after identifying their desire for a development coach to land at Leichhardt.

Ciraldo is said to see plenty of upside at the club, having recently put in a lot of work to develop the football department and pathways system.
Tigers powerbrokers are acutely aware that the Bulldogs are also circling for Ciraldo’s signature and are hoping their meeting can sway the Penrith defensive coach.
