Ayushmann Khurrana’s vampire horror-comedy, ‘Thamma,’ has achieved remarkable success, crossing Rs 55 crore in just three days. The film’s strong opening and sustained performance have propelled it past Kajol’s ‘Maa’ and are now nearing Varun Dhawan’s ‘Bhediya’ box office figures. Now, on its day 3, the film saw a slight dip in collections, earning Rs 12.50 crore. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 55.10 crore.

The film has already beaten the lifetime earnings of Kajol’s Maa, which made Rs 36.08 crore in India and Rs 49.75 crore worldwide.
