The actor recently featured on the ‘Dopey: On the Dark Comedy of Drug Addiction’ podcast, where he addressed the mishap that happened on the sets of ‘Rust.’ Talking about the matter, Baldwin revealed that it took a lot of toll on his health, and over the years, he has dealt with a lot of issues.Talking about his health, the star shared that it “broke every nerve in my body, spiritually, financially, work-wise, my career, my wife, my kids, my friends, my health. If I told you what my health conditions have been since October 21st of 2021, it’s taken 10 years off of my life.” He also revealed that over the past years, there was a point in his life where he could not even move properly, and was taking naps repeatedly almost every day to cope with his emotions.

During the podcast, the actor revealed that his family was his biggest support system and that he does not know where he would be without them. He said, “I don’t want to dwell on this, I just want to say that this was very painful for my wife and my family, my sisters and brothers, and so forth, my colleagues.”He also shared that he was most concerned about his wife and children throughout the entire ordeal.Further detailing the matter, he revealed that he had also dealt with suicidal thoughts, especially around the time in 2024, when the manslaughter charges were filed again. He revealed that he “used to lay there in bed and go, ‘Oh God, I can’t wake up another day and have it be the same. It’s the same every day.
