The Supreme Judiciary Council is opening the doors to a wide-ranging online auction this January, offering a rare opportunity for individuals and businesses to acquire vehicles, heavy equipment, real estate, and even distinctive vehicle license plates. The auction is set to be fully transparent and regulated, giving participants confidence in a process supervised by the judiciary.

Online auction through Court Mzadat app

The entire auction will be conducted via the Court Mzadat application, providing a digital platform for smooth participation. The Judicial Executions and Auctions Department will oversee the events, ensuring all transactions are lawful and well-organized. Assets will be divided into categories, each with designated time slots to make the process structured and manageable.

Schedule and asset categories

Participants can plan their bids according to a clear schedule spanning several days in January 2026:

  • Real Estate auction: Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Vehicle auction: Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Distinctive vehicle license plates: Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., organized by the Public Prosecution in cooperation with the Supreme Judicial Council

The auction will feature a variety of items, including cars, heavy machinery, real estate properties, various movable goods, and unique license plate numbers. Each category offers potential buyers a chance to participate in a regulated and transparent environment.
