NEW DELHI: Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Monday said the first phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar was completed without a single appeal.The announcement came as the Election Commission launched the second phase of the special revision drive across 12 states and Union territories.
